Tuition Policy

Tender Hearts Child Care and Learning Center's tuition is fully stipulated and governed by the Tuition Contractual Agreement. These are the guidelines.

Tender Hearts offers three different payment schedule agreements:

• Advanced Monthly payments
• Advanced Weekly payments
• Paid in full for the enrollment period

All payments are made through Direct Deposit.

All parents must fill out our Tuition Express form prior to admission. Parents who pay under the Paid in Full option or advanced monthly payments may be waived of this requirement subject to the Tender Hearts Child Care and Learning Center's Executive Director's approval. (The term “Parent” means Parent or Guardian or Sponsor responsible for all financial obligations concerning enrolled child/children as specified in the Enrollment and Admission forms.)

A one-time registration fee is due once the enrollment application is completed.
 
Payments not received on time prior to due date are subject to a $20.00 late fee.

Returned checks (NSF) are subject to a $35.00 fee. A pattern of returned checks will result in the withdrawal / termination of enrollment.

Tuition is paid for all weeks your child is enrolled, whether or not he / she attends.
No credit is given for sick days or other absences.

Full time, year round students qualify for a vacation discount after six months. This discount is 50% of the tuition and may be taken only once each calendar year. You must inform the Director in advance and your child must be absent for the entire week.

All tuitions are paid in advance or prior to its agreed date, whether a holiday falls during the week or not. This also applies to weather-related closings.

Families enrolling more than one child will receive a 10% discount on the tuition of each additional child.
 
For withdrawals, a one week written notice is required. Tuition will continue to be charged if notice is not given. Parents are responsible for payment in full.
