Requirement for employment at Tender Hearts

Day Care Lead Teachers must have a CDA or Associates in Early Childhood.

Pre-school Lead Teachers must have an Associates or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education.

Kindergarten Lead Teacher must have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Early Childhood Education.

Teacher Assistants must have their high school diplomas or G.E.D. and/or successfully completed an accredited Teacher Assistant program.

All employees at Tender Hearts Child Care and Learning Center are carefully screened and meet allthe requirements of the Rhode Island Department of Children,Youth & Families and the Departmentof Education.
